In der Landschaft um die Stadt Lucca, in einer optimalen Position für jede Art von Ausflug: Florenz, Siena, Pisa oder die Küste der Versilia befindet sich dieses einfache, aber sehr einladende Ferienhaus.
Das Haus ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern und für diejenigen, die mit Tieren reisen, haben die Besitzer einen Innenhof in der Nähe des umzäunten Hauses organisiert und mit Tisch, Stühlen und Grill für Mahlzeiten im Freien und einen Teil des Gartens von ca. 200 Quadratmetern ausgestattet. nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt) zur vollständigen Verfügung der Gäste, eingezäunt mit einem hohen Netz ca. 1,50 m und Hecke. In diesem Teil des Gartens befindet sich der oberirdische Pool (7,40 x 3,60 und 1,20 m tief), der mit einer Solardusche im Freien, Liegestühlen, Sonnenschirmen und einem Pavillon ausgestattet ist.
Das Gebiet bietet auch die Möglichkeit, Sport zu treiben: Golf in Montecatini und Pietrasanta, Reiten (Reiten 500 m) und Tennis (ca. 4 km) in unmittelbarer Nähe und Radfahren. Geschäfte und Restaurant erreichen Sie bequem zu Fuß (ca. 1 km). Natürlich lohnt es sich, Lucca mit seinen einzigartigen Mauern, Gassen, schönen Geschäften und zahlreichen kulturellen Veranstaltungen (Konzerte mit klassischer Musik, Pop, Jazz) zu besuchen

The surroundings of Lucca dispose of an ideal spot for all kinds of excursions: Florence, Siena, Pisa or the coast of the Versilia are within an easy reach from your holiday home. Petali di Margherita is simple but cosy; it is a good solution for families with children or guests which may travel with dogs. The owners have created next to the house an outdoor space which is completely fenced, equipped with a table, chairs and barbeque for your dining al fresco. A part of the garden (about 200 sqm) is completely fenced with a high wire netting fence 1.50m and hedge, it lies only a few meters from the house and it at the full disposal of the guests. Within this part of garden there is a swimming pool (out of earth, – 7.40 x 3.60m, depth: 1.20m) with external shower, deckchairs, sun-umbrellas, beautiful wooden gazebo with table and chairs in teck. The immediate surroundings offer various sports activities such as: to play golf in Montecatini or Pietrasanta, to go horse-riding (about 500m), to play tennis (about 4 km) or bike tours in the areas. There is a grocery and restaurant, reachable on foot (about 1 km). Obviously the city of Lucca is a visit worth – the unique town walls, the narrow lanes, the elegant boutiques and the various cultural events (classical concerts as well as also pop and rock events).

Entrance on the ground floor: kitchen-cum-dining with stove (4 gas fires and 2 electric plates), oven, fridge/freezer, American coffee maker, toaster, living room with couch and upholstered chairs, fire-place (not working), satellite TV, table. 1st floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 1 French sized bed (1.40m), 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (one of these single beds could be put in the bedroom with the French sized bed), 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet. External room with washing machine. The furnishings are simple but convenient for a holiday. The owners live on the 2nd floor; they access their apartment within an external staircase, on the side of the house. The owners will NOT use the garden and the swimming pool and respect to the full the privacy of their guests. Parking in front of the house.
